How Not To Get Elected--But What We Really Need 2

2. Unless there is a compelling need justified by specific facts peculiar to the governmental entity or particular industry, no law shall be passed that gives special legal protection or any legal advantage over other persons or entities. Any and all laws that create such inequality will be rescinded. As an option any such advantages and protection should be extended to all industries, persons, and entities. In other words if legal reform, tax reform, immunity, collection advantages or constraints are deemed necessary, it should apply to all persons and business entities.

Comment 1: Loren M. Lambert - Unless there is a compelling need justified by specific facts peculiar to the governmental entity or particular industry, all governmental bodies, citizens, and legal business entities (including oil companies viz-a-viz pet shampoo clinics) should enjoy or be bound by the same legal protection, legal advantages, or legal burdens and obligations. (Yes, this would lend itself to a flat tax base and an elimination of all loopholes--although I consider "abject" poverty to be a compelling fact allowing some deference)
